As Logistics & Waste Admin assistant, you coordinate the operations on site and provide support to the Desotec team in Spain for waste administration and setting up notifications with our customers in Spain and France. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to logistic & waste activities, such as:

You have a relevant educational degree (Logistics, office, trade, ...)
You have experience in a logistics/supply chain function
Knowledge on waste administration is a nice to have
You are customer oriented and proactive
You are able to coordinate activities & set priorities
Experience with people management is a plus
You work thoroughly, accurately and in a structured way
You have good communication skills
You have a sense of responsibility
You can handle stress
You can work independently but also in a team
You have a good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of French and/or English (spoken and written)
